Much as I’ve enjoyed using MailChimp, I didn’t take into consideration the limitations. 2,000 credits per months sounds like a lot until you find yourself with more subscribers. It’s probably a good thing, but I’ve reached that point now and I’ve already run out of monthly credits on the 3rd of the month.
I wish I’d been more forward thinking and included this announcement in my last MailChimp campaign. My apologies — it happened sooner than I thought.
MailChimp is not free after 2,000 credits. Since I’m not making any money off of this blog, I’ve signed up for (Google) FeedBurner’s free service again. What I didn’t realize is there isn’t any way to import existing subscribers. So I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I simply can’t afford to pay for MailChimp so I’ve pretty much lost a big bunch of wonderful email subscribers. I hope you will consider resubscribing to the daily FeedBurner newsletter, Latest from the Lucky Ladybug. It includes all of the blog posts from the previous day — so you won’t miss a thing!
Email subscriptions are always worth ** 5 ** extra entries on the Rafflecopter form in my giveaways. You can subscribe in the homepage sidebar — or just click this link.

Congratulations on making the switch! I love how user friendly Feedburner is.
